Susie Hardie
Susie has had an interest in singing from a young age, singing in choirs throughout her school years. She began conducting a children's choir in France, then developed a passion for choral music. She conducted 4 children's choirs at a Montessori school in Canada. Then, after she moved to New Zealand, Susie founded the Chilton Saint James choral Centre, an after-school choral programme for students aged 5-12 years. Susie is currently musical director of several choirs at Queen Margaret College and has now taken up the vocal and instrumental music programme at Thorndon Primary school. She has been a guest presenter for workshops, conferences, and festivals throughout the region. She has been musical director of the Hutt Valley Community choir since 2011.
